Entry access systems for apartment buildings
Apartment entry systems serve the dual purpose of preventing unauthorized access to the building and providing a convenient method for tenants to authorize entry for genuine visitors. These systems can be either wired to each apartment with an intercom station or utilize the building’s phone lines, enabling access even if tenants do not have phone service.
These systems often include keyless entry options, such as electronic key fobs or smartphone apps, which enhance security by allowing management to easily update access permissions as needed. Allow residents the ability to view and accept their own guests, while still providing management with a way to track and audit their building.
